Our strict requirements for quality are carried through to planting, harvest, processing, packing, storing, and shipping; Every step along the way are controlled completely in accordance with HACCP standards to ensure that we provide you the highest quality products.
Food safe is the foundation of all what we do; Over and over, we improve and initiate new quality control procedures as the new risks unfold.
CERRIFIED QUALITY
A complete set of documents (Identification, traceability and recall control procedures, Recall control procedures, Unqualified control program, Allergen control program; Corrective and preventive action control procedures etc.) in accordance with HACCP standards are formulated and strictly executed. All the key points of quality controlling in the process are controlled in accordance with HACCP standards completely.
Beside this, we are certified BRC, KOSHER, HALAL and ISO22000 compliant. These strict controls ensure consistency of quality, food-safe ingredients to meet our high-quality standards.
METAL DETECTING
Effective detection and separation of metal is vital for preventing safety hazards for consumers. All conveying devices are equipped with high-strength magnetic bars to ensure that no foreign metal is mixed in any production process; there are special metal detectors and X-ray instruments in the packaging process to detect metals and other foreign body to ensure that they are not mixed into the product.
Planting field
All raw materials of the highest quality products come from our own planting base to ensure that all indicators of raw materials, including microorganisms, pesticide residues and heavy metals comply with EU standards and do not contain any genetically modified ingredients.
THE QUALITY CONTROLLING OF LAB
Starting from the raw material base collection, our laboratory quality control tests every basic index in the production process to ensure that it meets the requirements. Important key indicators, such as agricultural residues and allergens, will be commissioned by professional and authoritative third-party institutions such as SGS for testing.
